LAS ACTIVIDADES DE ORIENTACIÓN EN LA EDUCACIÓN FORMAL

Resumen
Las actividades de orientación están incluidas en los currículos de Primaria y Secundaria. El texto refleja y contrasta las últimas variaciones que han sufrido los contenidos de orientación dentro del bloque de actividades en el medio natural tanto en enseñanza Primaria como en Secundaria. Se da un enfoque metodológico en el que predominan las actividades de grupo para el aprendizaje de las técnicas básicas. A pesar de ser una actividad individual, las posibilidades de trabajo en grupo son muy variadas y posibles. El profesor debe hacer, asimismo, diseño de recorridos sencillos dependiendo de su entorno escolar y sus alrededores, por lo que se proponen pasos básicos para la confección de estos recorridos dependiendo del espacio donde se trabaje. Unas propuestas metodológicas, a modo de ejemplo, ocupan la última parte del texto.
Abstract
Orienteering activities are included in the curriculum of primary and secondary school. This text reflects and contrasts the last variations in the syllabus related to the section of orienteering within the module of activities in the Nature, both in primary and secondary school. It is given a methodological view in which group activities predominate in order to achieve the basic techniques. Although being an individual practice, the group work possibilities are wide. At the same time, the teacher must be able to design simple routes accordingly with the school surroundings, in that direction basic steps are proposed for the drawing of these routes related to the place where they have to take place. Methodological proposals that can be used as examples are included in the last part of this paper.
