Resumen
El propósito del presente artículo es rastrear los orígenes de la teoría de la complejidad, hacer un análisis desde los filósofos griegos hasta la actualidad, explicar la concepción de conocimiento en cada uno de ellos y la relación sujeto-objeto
cómo a través del método establecido por cada uno de ellos se encuentran elementos comunes, y cómo la complejidad es la respuesta a las carencias de dichos métodos y su aplicación en las organizaciones.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to trace the origins of complexity theory, an analysis from the Greek philosophers to the present, explain the concept of knowledge in each of them and the subject-object, how through the methodology set for each of them are common elements, and how the complexity is the answer to the shortcomings of these methods and their application in organizations.
