Iniciativas recientes de la e-justicia en España (Recent E-Justice initiatives in Spain)

Resumen
La introducción de las TIC en la Administración de Justicia puede permitir una justicia de calidad y, al mismo tiempo, abierta, transparente y próxima al ciudadano. No obstante, se trata de un proceso bastante reciente y todavía no cerrado, si se compara con el resto del sector público. En este sentido, cabe destacar que en los últimos años se están desarrollando interesantes iniciativas en el ámbito estatal de aplicación de las TIC promovidas, en especial, por el Consejo General del Poder Judicial y el Ministerio de Justicia.
Abstract
The introduction of ICTs into Justice Administration can lead to a justice system that is not only of high quality, but also open, transparent and accessible to citizens. However, when compared to the rest of the public sector, this is a fairly recent process that has yet to reach its conclusion. Therefore, special mention should be given to the interesting initiatives that have been developing over recent years on a national level involving the application of ICTs, especially those being instigated by the General Council of the Judiciary and the Ministry of Justice.
