Resumen
Para analizar la sustentabilidad de la producción porcina familiar, en áreas urbanas del Distrito Federal, se evaluaron indicadores productivos, económicos y sociales, en los sistemas de producción clásico y tradicional. Se utilizó un muestreo estratificado con asignación proporcional mediante encuesta directa y monitoreo periódico de los indicadores mencionados.
Abstract
To evaluate sustainability on traditional and classical urban porcine production systems in north Mexico City, productive, economic and social indicators were evaluated. The data were collected by personal interviews and periodical monitoring of indicators. A stratified (by number of reproductive sows) sampling design with proportional allocation was used.
