Efecto bactericida de la acetamida furánica bromada frente a cepas salvajes de Pasteurella multocida in vitro (Evaluation of bactericide effect of bromade furanic acetamid against to wilds strains of multocide Pasterella in vitr)

Resumen
Se realizó una evaluación del efecto la Acetamida furánica bromada frente a cepas salvajes de Pasteurella multocida in vitro, en el Laboratorio Provincial de Diagnóstico Veterinario de Granma. Se determinó la Concentración Mínima Inhibitoria (CMI) y Concentración Máxima Bactericida (CMB), empleando el método de diluciones seriadas en tubos. La CMI y la CMB fueron iguales a 8 (µg) en una dilución de 1:4. Se realizó una prueba de hipótesis entre proporciones, con un nivel de significación de ( p<0.05). Se concluye que la acetamida furánica bromada posee acción bactericida sobre la Pasteurella multocida in vitro, lo que puede constituir una opción en el tratamiento del Cólera en las aves, previo estudio.
Abstract
The effect of the Bromade Furanic Acetamide in the group of multocida Pasteurella in vitro, was evaluated. Determined the minimun Concentration Inhibets (MCI) and Maximun Concentration Germicide (MCG), using the dilution seriade in tubes method. It was determined that the MCI and MCG were some (8. 2 µg/ml) in a dilution of 1:4. An Hypothesis test for proportions was done with the singnificance level (p<0.05). It is concluded that the product possesses germicide positive action on the Pasteurella multocida in vitro, so it may constitute an option the treatment of aviar cholera, previous study.
