“EDUCAR PARA LA PAZ DESDE UNA SOCIEDAD SIN PAZ” CONDICIONES PARA CONSTRUIRLA ("Educating for Peace from a society without peace" Conditions to build it)

Resumen
Educar para la Paz desde una sociedad sin Paz, es una propuesta fundamentada en cuatro condiciones. La primera, se refiere a la situación de bienestar de los seres humanos, condición violentada por la pobreza y miseria en el mundo, por lo que mientras existan en la sociedad será imposible establecer la Paz. Ante la práctica del vivir bien, se propone el “Buen vivir”, fundamentado en la igualdad de todos los seres, humanos y/o no, buscando la vida favorable para todos. La segunda condición para establecer la Paz, es el respeto y preocupación por vivir los Derechos humanos en todos los ámbitos. La tercera condición es fomentar y “conducir” (educar) a la sociedad en la vida democrática, que es como decir, por la vía política se puede conseguir la Paz. La cuarta condición es el desarme, que las armas y el poder de las balas no sean quienes rijan los destinos de los pueblos, como hasta el momento sucede. Sólo en la medida en que todos estemos involucrados en un proceso educativo para vivir estas cuatro condiciones, será posible el acercamiento a vivir en Paz.
Abstract
Educating for peace from a society without peace is a proposal based in four conditions. The first condition relates to the human beings´ welfare situation, condition violated by poverty and misery in the world, so long these conditions exist it will be impossible to establish peace. Beyond the practice of living well, it has been proposed “a well living”, based on beings´ equality, no matter if they are human or not, all this in order to find a prosperous life for everyone.
The second condition to establish peace refers to respect and concern for living human rights in all areas. The third condition is to promote and ”ead” (educating) society into a democratic life, it means that by via policy, peace can
be achieved. The fourth condition is the disarmament, this means that guns and bullets don´t govern the people´s fate as has happened so far. Only in the extent that everybody gets involved in an educational process to live these four conditions it will be possible a living peace approach.
