COMPARACIÓN DEL CICLO AGRÍCOLA ACTUAL CON EL DE HACE UNOS DIEZ AÑOS EN SAN JUAN JALPA MUNICIPIO SAN FELIPE DEL PROGRESO ESTADO DE MÉXICO: EVIDENCIA DE ADAPTACIÓN AL CAMBIO CLIMÁTICO (COMPARISON OF CURRENT AGRICULTURAL CYCLE IN ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO IN SAN JUAN JALPA MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FELIPE DEL PROGRESO MEXICO STATE: EVIDENCE OF ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE)

Resumen
El objetivo del trabajo es conocer la cosmovisión que tienen los pobladores indígenas que viven en el espacio rural en relación al cultivo de maíz, así como determinar si ellos han notado cambios en el patrón anual de lluvias de manera empírica. Una contribución es la descripción de los trabajos que se realizan en la milpa y las soluciones que tienen pensadas para combatir los cambios que han observado en la producción de maíz. Los resultados de la investigación arrojan que la mayoría de las personas entrevistadas se ven obligados a realizar los trabajos de la milpa haciendo ajustes en el tradicional calendario agrícola, el cual establecía que se tenía que producir entrando la primavera. En este sentido, se observa una dicotomía entre el tiempo metereológico, el tiempo ritual y el tiempo de labor agrícola, a la cual los pobladores se están intentando acostumbrar. Además, se encontró que la producción ha disminuido notablemente con el paso de los años.
Abstract
The objective is to determine the worldview that have indigenous people living in rural areas in relation to maize and to determine if they have noticed changes in annual rainfall pattern empirically. A contribution is the description of the work carried out in the cornfield and the solutions that are designed to combat the changes that have been observed in maize production. The results of the research show that most respondents are forced to perform the work of the milpa making adjustments in the traditional agricultural calendar, which stated that it had to produce entering the spring. In this sense, there is a dichotomy between the meteorological time, ritual time and time farm work, which the settlers are trying to get used to. Furthermore, we found that production has declined significantly over the years.
