CARACTERIZACIÓN MORFOMÉTRICA DEL BOVINO CRIOLLO MIXTECO(MORFOMETRIC CHARACTERISATION OF MIXTECO CREOLE CATTLE)

Resumen
Con el propósito de caracterizar fenotípicamente al bovino Criollo Mixteco, se tomó una muestra de 138 animales procedentes de la región mixteca que comprende parte de los estados de Oaxaca, Guerrero y Puebla, (México). Las variables analizadas se dividieron en tres grupos: longitudes, alzadas y perímetros
además se registró edad y peso de los animales, el análisis estadístico se realizó con el programa SAS (Statiscal Analysis System), para máximos y mínimos, así también se determinaron frecuencias y promedios.
Abstract
With the purpose to characterize phenotipically the Creole bovine Mixteco, 138 animals, coming from the mixteca region that includes the states of Oaxaca, Guerrero and Puebla, (Mexico) were sampled. The analyzed variables were divided into 3 groups: length, height and perimeters
weight and age of animals were also recorded. The Statiscal analysis was done using the SAS program (Statiscal Analysis System) to get the top and low rates, as well as determining the frequencies and means.
