So after writing Part 1, I sent the tutorial to many brilliant musicians. A few people responded in e-mail land stating their techniques, etc. — great stuff! I also talked about the tutorial when speaking with other musicians explaining the concepts — more great stuff! One fellow has perfect pitch and plays tenor sax.
