Washington, DC 20005 Dear Mr. Mans: This letter transmits the Office of the Inspector General’s final report on the Audit of the Agricultural Credit Program in Ghana. In finalizing the report, we considered your written comments to our draft and included those comments in their entirety in Appendix II of this report. The report contains five audit recommendations for corrective action. We consider that management decision has been made for Recommendations 1, 2, 4, and 5 but final action has not been taken because MCC and implementing partners are in the process of resolving them. In addition, management decision was reached for Recommendation 3 but final action will not be taken until MCC provides additional documentation as support for improvement.
