Dr. Lo Passo is experienced in applying economic principles to regulatory issues

incentive mechanisms for renewable energy sources. He has helped clients to

define their regulatory strategy in the context of market reforms and has broad

experience in global privatisation processes.

Prior to joining

Brattle

, Dr. Lo Passo was a director at a large economic

consulting firm, a Member of the Council of Experts for the Italian Treasury,

and a Senior Adviser on energy to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has

held positions at CONSOB, the Italian Security Exchange Commission, and

management consulting company Bain. Dr. Lo Passo received his Ph.D. and

M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his J.D. from the
