The data were presented at the ESMO 2012 Congress (European Society for Medical Oncology). (Abstract #1127 and 1116.) In the Phase 3 trial (024), patients who had not previously received treatment for metastatic melanoma (n=502) were randomized to receive either the investigational dose of YERVOY 10 mg/kg in combination with dacarbazine [2](DTIC, 850 mg/m ) or DTIC alone.
