Development on the West Plains is at an all-time high and is rapidly approaching Fairchild AFB. We support that growth provided that it is compatible with Fairchild's mission and tmst r that Spokane County's leaders share that goal. With that in mind, we provided specific written tecom~nendations to Mr. Manson on ~ctober 24th for text changes to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code and encourage you to recommend that the County Commissioners adopt them in their entirety.
