These comments are my personal comments based on experience and knowledge in this area, with documentation acquired in various transmission proceedings, but are not made in the course of representation of any client. In reviewing the Memorandum accompanying the Order Denying Intervention, I have specific objections to be entered on the record. While it is true that I am “no stranger to energy regulator proceedings,” I am aware that intervention is a commitment that requires much time and effort, and I have no funding for an intervention in this matter. Any effort would be my own effort, my own time, my own money.
