In finalizing the report, we considered your comments on the draft report and have included your comments in their entirety in appendix II. This report contains four recommendations intended to strengthen certain aspects of USAID/Zambia’s procurement, deployment, and warehousing of commodities procured and distributed for the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. The mission concurred with all four recommendations, described actions taken to address our concerns, and provided supporting documentation.
