In finalizing this report, we considered management comments on the draft report and have included those comments, in their entirety, as Appendix II in this report. This report has five recommendations. In response to the draft report, USAID/South Africa concurred with the recommendations and included corrective action plans and target completion dates for all of the recommendations. Therefore, we consider that management decisions have been reached on all the recommendations. Please provide the Bureau for Management, Office of Management Planning and Innovation with evidence of final actions in order to close the recommendations.
