We have considered your comments on the draft report and have included your responses in appendix II. The report contains two recommendations intended to improve the implementation of USAID’s Office of Middle East Programs. In response to the draft report, the mission agreed with both recommendations. A management decision for recommendation no. 1 will be considered to have been made when the Office of Middle East Programs can more precisely determine its target date for completion of all actions.
