We have considered your comments on the draft report and have included your response in Appendix II of this report. Since we deleted one recommendation and since we changed the order of recommendations between the draft report and this final report, we reordered and renumbered your comments to maintain correlation with the recommendations presented in the final report. The report contains 11 recommendations intended to improve the implementation of the reproductive health and family planning activities in Paraguay. Based on your comments and documentation provided, management decisions have been reached for all recommendations.
