The report includes six recommendations, one of which addresses potential monetary recoveries. We have considered management’s comments on the draft report and have incorporated them into the final report, as appropriate. Those comments have been included in their entirety (without attachment) in appendix II. In light of management’s comments, we consider that a management decision has been reached on recommendation no. 1. Please provide the Audit, Performance, and Compliance Division in the USAID Chief Financial Officer’s Office (M/CFO/APC) with the necessary documentation to achieve final action.
