In finalizing this report, we considered your comments on our draft report and have included your response in Appendix II. The report includes two recommendations as follows: that USAID/Guatemala (1) include baselines and targets for justice program indicators defined in the Performance Management Plan and (2) require the next justice program contractor to use the same definitions and timeframes in workplans, proposals, statements of work, and performance reports to facilitate the monitoring of activities proposed under the different planning documents. Based on your comments and the documentation you provided, final action has been taken, and both recommendations are closed upon issuance of this report.
