In finalizing this report, we considered management’s comments on our draft report and included them in Appendix II. This report contains three recommendations to which you concurred in your response to the draft report. Based on your plans in response to the audit findings, management decisions have been reached on all three recommendations. Recommendation number one is considered closed upon the issuance of this report. However, the other two recommendations will remain open until the planned actions are completed by the Mission. Please coordinate final actions on recommendations number two and number three with USAID’s Office of Management Planning and Innovation (M/MPI).
