Boyer /s/ SUBJECT: Audit of USAID/Afghanistan’s Land Titling and Economic Restructuring in Afghanistan Project (Audit Report No. 5-306-09-004-P) This memorandum transmits our final report on the subject audit. In finalizing the report, we considered your comments on the draft report and included the comments in their entirety in appendix II. This report contains four recommendations to assist the mission in improving its management and oversight of the Land Titling and Economic Restructuring in Afghanistan Project. On the basis of information provided by the mission in response to the draft report, we determined that final actions have been taken on recommendations 1, 3, and 4. In addition, a management decision has been reached on recommendation 2. A determination of final action will be made by the Audit Performance and Compliance Division upon completion of the planned corrective actions.
