In finalizing the report, we considered your written comments on our draft report and included those comments in their entirety in Appendix II of this report. The report contains three recommendations to strengthen the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s process for managing Burkina Faso’s compact program and future threshold and compact programs. We consider that management decisions have been reached on Recommendations 1, 2, and 3. Final action will not be reached until MCC provides additional documentation.
