We have considered your comments on the draft report in finalizing the audit report and have included your response in appendix II of the report. The report contains two recommendations to improve USAID’s implementation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Threshold program. Based on your comments and documentation provided, management decisions have been reached on recommendations 1 and 2. On the basis of information provided by management in response to the draft report, we determined that final action has been taken on ation 2. The Audit Performance and Compliance Division will make a determination of final action on recommendation 1 upon completion of the planned corrective actions.
